To get into the update screen

Direct connect PC to Matrix switch

Change IP address on PC to be in the same range of the matrix

Example:

192.168.1.123

255.255.255.0

Press and HOLD the UP and ENTER buttons

Power the switch off and on - you should here 3 beeps

Type in the IP address of the switch by default 192.168.1.80

Upload the firmware file

Once that is done factory reset the switch by the following

press recall twice

press up twice

press down twice

you should here 1 beep

power the switch off and on again
